The Salih Self-Development Center is so honored to help the people of Kumasi with the assistance of our donors and supporters. Please see updates of our recent work below:
- The first Salih Self-Development container room is completed in Kumasi, Ghana
- Our supporters donated 30 sewing machines, so that the children of Kumasi can learn vocational schools. The sewing machines will allow the Salih Self-Development Center to hold classes.
- We distributed 3 sets of jerseys, 30 balls and a trainer’s uniform, which were donated by the Hood College men’s soccer team
Spring 2013: We secured government land in Ghana in order to build the Salih Self-Development Center.
Summer 2010: Thirty blood testing kits were distributed to diabetics along with five pound bags of rice. We also distributed used eyeglasses to elderly residents of the Aboabo district in Kumasi.
Summer 2009: Rice and beans were distributed.
If you Donate, we will be able to make an even greater impact in the lives of the Kumasi people. Further accomplishments will be added to this page as we continue to make a difference.
